Wait. Is this a liberal or conservative thing?
The United States of America has suffered enough during the Red Team vs Blue Team brawl spectacular and it's time to get back to working true reforms.

Arguably reaching an all-time high. Many of the radio and TV voices WANT it to be an endless struggle so they can be constantly paid commentators. The more sensational the better. They only pretend to care. And better a sport than finding actual solutions. Because once solutions are found, their sweet gig is up. They are entertainers routing for your team. They bank while America falls apart.
Real reform lies in turning off the sport game and fixing the rules that have been broken. We have to face facts and start with the largest and most contentious issues first.

TAX REFORM
People want their country to succeed and they want to do their part but when a tax system becomes so complicated and unfair, there is an opportunity for corruption leaving even honorable people desiring to buck the system as well.
Keeping things simple.
Return of the tariffs - A country is defined by tariffs. There is nothing else that defines borders. Fake conservatives and neo-liberals have succeeded in dismantling tariff systems between nations. What may seem beneficial has actually had a profound negative impact on individual and diverse communities while only creating profit for the excessively wealthy.
SOLUTION: A flat 5% tariff on all imports and a 5% tariff on exports of raw materials.
Income tax – Currently too complicated and easy to corrupt.
SOLUTION part 1: A two tier income tax bracket with minimized deductions. 0% and 25%. All individuals can earn up to $38,000/year without income taxes owed. Any income above $38,000 will be taxed at 25%. A constitutional amendment will codify this taxing system and cap the highest possible rate to never exceed 50%. All other deductions will
SOLUTION part 2: A national sales tax will be implemented in conjunction with immigration reform.
IMMIGRATION REFORM
It is unrealistic to believe all people living within the United States without proper documentation will be found and deported. Nor is it beneficial to simply deport that entire population. Nor is it cost effective to deport all of that population. Solutions will only succeed if we accept those realities.
SOLUTION part 1: Modified amnesty. All current "illegal aliens" will receive special residency permits if they register with the federal government. Unlike the "Reagan Amnesty," this reform will be deemed as the last and final amnesty provided that part 2 of the reform occurs SIMULTANEOUSLY.
SOLUTION part 2: The Fair Tax and Monthly Stipend. The Fair Tax is a proposal to create a national sales tax on all goods (and services?) while "reimbursing" legal residents. A flat 5% tax will be applied on all goods and services. At the same time all legal citizens and residents of the United States will receive $1000 per month do spend as they please, no strings attached.
HEALTH CARE REFORM
Insurance - What was originally a method of collective savings funds for a rainy day has turned into evil people profiting off the misfortune of others.
SOLUTION: Medicare for all. Real simple.
HOMELESSNESS
SOLUTION: Housing First. The federal government will assist local governments in building solid livable housing that is NOT automobile dependent. The housing will be available for free for anyone as long as they -- crime--. No resident will be evicted for making income and can opt into contributing to funding for new housing for others. Residents can even purchase their residences at any time.
DRUG ADDICTION
SOLUTION: Two new cities. One in the Eastern part of the U.S. and one in the Western part. Two completely new small cities that will provide free housing, free drugs, and free drug treatment for any resident of the U.S. without punishment or stigma. Yes, “free drugs” to the addicted, provided in a safe and moderated manner with medical oversight. At any time, and on their own volition, drug addicts may enter or leave the cities (sans drugs in their system or on their possession). All basic needs are within walking distance. Drug treatment, counseling, and re-habilitation facilities are available 24-7 and an on-call basis, too.
WELFARE REFORM
A well-meaning system that has been abused and, in some cases, caused harm (see high fructose corn syrup.)
SOLUTION: Welfare funding will be reduced to target specific need cases. The $1000 income, healthcare reform, and Housing First solutions will see that the vast majority of former welfare cases will be taken care of.
AIR POLLUTION
Eliminate parking requirements at city levels across the country. Allow cities to build non-automobile type infrastructure and architecture.
Build more high speed rail lines between cities.
CORPORATION REFORM
No corporation (person) will be allowed to own another corporation or person, except for the following special allowance:
For when one corporation acquires another corporation, the acquired corporation must adopt the name of the original corporation, essentially melding one corporation from two.
